Handfasting - Tying The Knot!
Handfasting is a traditional ceremony in which the couple's hands are tied together by cord or ribbon.
Sam & Lucy shared an intimate ceremony on the day after with family and a few friends, broadcast live from the chapel where Sam's Dad, Simon is vicar, and this was the legal wedding.
Fun Fact: Unlike in England & Wales, Handfastings in Scotland can be fully legal because of differences in the law.

As a fun solo in the handfasting ceremony, Sam & Lucy asked me to play the Grace Petrie number, "The Vegan Song".
At the end of which Simon announced that for anyone affected by the issued raised in that song, that there would be plenty of Vegans available to talk further, at great length, about them should they wish!
Here are some of the other songs which I played in the ceremony
- Mirrorball Elbow, performed by Alison Eve 5:44
- Breathless Nick Cave, performed by Alison Eve 3:18
