LOGISITICS FOR YOUR HARP MUSIC ON THE WILD APPLE PATHWAY
- Stretchy Time - I won't be watching the clock too closely!
- This is the pathway to choose if your timing needs are quite a bit different from the other pathways. For example you might want a shorter or much longer Reception Drinks; or you might want me to play for the Ceremony & the Wedding Breakfast but not the Drinks Reception; or you might want me to play for several hours in the evening as an alternative to a DJ.
- I am more than happy to travel with my harp further than the 30mins drive time to get to your wedding, and I frequently do. Just let me know where your venue is and I will let you know what the travel costs would be.
- Travel is charged at 45pm per mile for the full amount of mileage, outward and return journeys.

My playlist is huuuuuuuge! And it grows every year with songs being added y couples such as you. Hop on over to The Harpinator to hear some of this playlist and view a full list.
After looking through the list you might not be able to find your special song. Well, no worries, as I can see if I can learn it for you. Hopefully you can see from the playlist that no request is too crazy seeming. Don't think "Harp Music", think "Music on the Harp" - what would your favourite song sound like on my harp? That's the magic!
Depending on how long you book me to play for you on this pathway, you will get between 1 and 3 new songs*
Extra songs* are charged at £15 per song.
(*NB. This is a discretionary offer, and sometimes I am so overwhelmed with new song choices that I need to limit folk to just one song.)
If your ideas for this pathway include the Ceremony, then it is absolutely essential that you are fully involved in the process of choosing songs, but this does require a little bit more work on your part. Panic not, because we shall get together either online or in-person over tea and cake at one of my Open Harp Surgeries, where, along with some other couples, we will go over your special music.
I am a singer as well as a harpist, so if there is a special song that you want people to really take notice of, then it's a good idea for me to sing it.
THE WILD APPLE PATHWAY
CAN INCLUDE

Your wedding might be very different in terms of it's structure, so we can use this pathway to create something unique. - All bookings start with 1 hour
The first hour, which costs £280, is my basic cost and even if you only want me to play for 30minutes this is what it will cost. - Shorter Drinks Reception?
Perhaps you only want me to play for just 1 hour rather than the usual 1.5 hours - use this option. - Longer Drinks Reception?
Perhaps you want me to play for an extended Drinks Reception, or afternoon tea, for 2 -3 hours as you are not having the separated Drinks/meal format. Use this option - Ceremony & Wedding Breakfast?
Perhaps you want me to just play for these two aspects of the day and not the intervening Drinks Reception, as you have another artist playing (I recommend this, btw, as it means that your drinks musician can be all set up playing as your guests emerged from the ceremony, and I can be be ready set up in the wedding breakfast room when your guests enter after the drink/photos bit, giving you uninterrupted live music coverage) - Evening Receptions?
Perhaps you would like me to stick around for the evening? On some occasions I have set up in the bar area so that I can provide some relaxing background music those of your guests taking a break from dancing, or who might not wish to spend most of the night dancing. I can also provide alternative music for your evening reception if you are not looking to have a night of dancing, but of socialising and relaxing and playing games instead. This would typically be about 4 hours of playing.
